Who can become a travel source?
Locals, frequent travellers, travel professionals, and people with useful first-hand destination or activity knowledge can build a profile and share their expertise on Exposure.
What topic(s) should I focus on?
We recommend focusing on topics you already do and know well. Chef at a local restaurant? Talk about local eats. World traveler? Focus on logistics and activities you love. Guide? Share your recommendations. Provide a sense of who you are so like-minded people can connect with you.
How much should I charge?
We recommend pricing your hourly rate and adding a 20% premium to it.
How do I get paid?
Once you’ve connected to the payment platform, you will be paid directly for every completed sale.
Do I have to prepare in advance?
Short answer, no. Your profile focuses on things you already know, love, and do. What is complicated for them will be easy for you.
Can international customers book?
Absolutely. We want anyone in the world to be able to access our travel sources.
Do I have to pay to join Exposure?
Exposure is free to join. We only make money when you do. We ask a 10% commission on sales.
